Eat Right: Eating right is not just eating low fat boring foods. It is about balance and combing your foods properly. Most people skip meals and don’t understand why they do not lose weight from eating fewer meals. Not eating breakfast slows down your metabolism causing your body to store excess fat. It is a protection that your body has in its memory bank. Eating 5 to 6 small meals helps fuel your body & feed your muscles, jump starting your metabolism and helping you lose weight.

One of my most popular eating plans teaches you how to combine foods so you can lose weight and keep it off. I NEVER call my plans diets ! They should be looked at as eating plans or a new way of life.

Losing weight is hard work, but with the right eating plan and some focus YOU CAN DO IT!

The best way to start a plan is by cleansing your system. Start off with a 24 hour fast of just juices, water, tea and green veggies & fruit.

After you fast for 24 hours start with one of my most popular plans: Make sure you eat every 3 to 4 hours.

Breakfast:

Drink tall glass of water Protein-egg beaters Carb/grain- 1 cup oatmeal or 1 slice whole wheat toast with smart balance butter and jelly.Fruit-1 cup of any berries, melons, grapes or banana by itself.Snack:

Glass of waterProtein-lean meat or protein shakeFruit/carb -appleLunch:

Glass of water Protein- ¼ white Chickensweet potato or ½ cup (1/2 cup cooked white rice Ok)2 cups green veggies or salad (Low fat dressing),. After you drink your water you can drink tea or crystal lite.

Snack:

Glass of water

1 cup fruit

Dinner:

This will be hard but it is a must!

Glass of water

Any lean meat

2 cups green veggies or salad (vinegar or olive oil only)

You can eat lean meat or protein shake 1 hour before you go to bed.

Take one day out of the week and enjoy a cheat day. You can eat whatever you want in moderation. It will speed up your metabolism and actually make you loose more weight.

Trust me this works, so stay focused and drink a lot of water. You will start seeing results in about 6 weeks. Make sure you do at least 30 minutes of cardio 4 times per week.
